This technique of paper layering has been taking over Teen Haven during the past few weeks. Now nothing is safe, they are covering shoes, pencil cases even the family laptop. We can’t give you a laptop but we can provide you with some great things to cover, fab paper and very special glue and all the help you need if you have never done it before
