Independent Course • £150 for 10 weeks
Over 10 weeks in the autumn term, local professional photographer Andy Spain is running a photography club. Each week Andy will set a small photo project and the following weeks Andy and the group will look at what work has been done and provide feedback before setting another project. Technical advice on photography and how to make the most of your camera is provided.
Projects may include, Countryside, Portrait, Local Area, Buildings, Abstract, Colour, Nighttime, Telling a story, still life.
Emphasis is on creativity and enjoying your photography, using the course as an excuse to get shooting and to improve your skills through group feedback. No prior skills are needed, just enthusiasm, a digital camera and the ability to burn your images to disk each week (or on memory card) in order that the group can view them on a projector.
